Design Thinking and Strategy WorkshopsDesign Thinking and Strategy Workshops
My design and strategy workshops expose teams to the mindsets, methods and frameworks around design thinking, systems thinking and strategic planning. I have conducted workshops with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, foundations and social enterprises across the U.S. and globally. Currently, the majority of my design teaching and coaching is through Stanford University dschool's Designing for Social Systems Program , which I co-founded and co-lead. We have trained over 300 social sector leaders in the art of applying and integrating design thinking, systems thinking and strategic planning into their work for more creative and impactful programs. |
Multi-stakeholder Design FacilitationThrough my multi-stakeholder design facilitation workshops, I help organizations bring together a range of stakeholders around a shared challenge to develop a clearer understanding of the problem, to spur new ways of approaching the problem, and co-create a portfolio of possible solutions.
