I am a social entrepreneur, coach, consultant, and co-creator. I am passionate about developing a more creative, strategic, collaborative, and impactful social sector.

I love working with social sectors leaders who have committed their lives to improving the world around them. I help them clarify their vision, align their strategy, integrate more creativity, and cultivate a dynamic culture of continuous learning.

Through my role as a Senior Designer and the Co-founder of Stanford University Hasso Plattner Institute of Design’s Designing for Social Systems (DSS) Program, and as an independent consultant, I have trained and coached philanthropists, government leaders, and nonprofit leaders around the globe to be more strategic and effective by integrating design thinking and strategic planning into their work.
